Speaker bio
Sonia McEntee is a Solicitor and Chartered Tax Advisor, who owns the Apartment Law legal practice providing specialist advice in that area. Sonia has focused, almost exclusively, on advising on issues arising within multi-unit developments since 2010. She has been an elected member of the Council of the Law Society since 2012, and having served on several committees, and currently Chairs the PR Committee, as well as being a member of the e-conveyancing taskforce and co-facilitator of the pilot Balint group, a well-being initiative for solicitors. Sonia has appeared on several media outlets, has given seminars to the Law Society, various Bar Associations and the SCSI members speaking on relevant topics for OMCs and unit owners.
