Killian Dorney – Killian is a Partner and the head of the construction group in the Beale & Co. Dublin Office. He is a highly experienced and specialist construction lawyer. He advises on the full suite of construction project documentation including main contracts, sub-contracts and professional appointments as well as all ancillary documentation i.e. joint venture agreements, collateral warranties, bonds, guarantees, novation agreements etc. He also advises on construction related insurance matters and construction disputes, where he is experienced in many forms of alternative dispute resolution including adjudication, mediation, conciliation and domestic and international arbitration.
Cian O’Gorman – Cian is a Solicitor working in both the construction and professional indemnity groups in the Beale & Co. Dublin Office. Cian specialises in advising on contentious construction disputes before the courts and in Alternative Dispute Resolution forums, including construction related insurance issues. He works in the defence of professional negligence proceedings primarily against construction professionals including consulting engineers, architects and surveyors. Cian also practices in the area of Cyber security and has experience in advising and defending claims resulting from cyber-attacks against both construction and other professionals.
