    Gwen Wilson:
    Gwen is the SCSI Director of Regulation and Registrar appointed under Building Control Act 2007. Gwen is qualified in Irish law and leadership and strategy.

    Sarah Sherlock
    Sarah Sherlock MRICS MSCSI is the current Chair of the Geomatics Group within the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), Irish Representative to the Council of European Geodetic Surveyors (CLGE) & sits on the International Land Measurement Standard (ILMS) Standard Setting Committee (SSC). Sarah aims to maintain and improve upon the existing standards for property measurement within the SCSI.

    Rory Lavelle

    Rory is a fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a graduate of Bolton Street and Trinity College Dublin. He is a past Deputy Chairman of the Valuation Tribunal and a past Chairman of the Valuation Professional Group in the SCSI/RICS. Having worked with Lisney and Jordan Chartered Surveyors Rory established Lavelle Chartered Surveyors 2016 to focus on a list of established Clients providing commercial property advice.

    Rory has worked in the property industry since the early 1980s and areas of specialisation include, Acquisitions, Valuations, Rent Reviews, Landlord and Tenant Advice. Rory is an active Arbitrator in Rent Review disputes and Managing Director of NPCp a group of commercial property practices offering a Nationwide Valuation service.

    Keith Kelliher

    Keith Kelliher is the owner of Kelliher and Associates Quantity Surveyors a quantity surveying and dispute resolution consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland.
    Keith is an active dispute resolver and has appointments as an Arbitrator, Conciliator, Adjudicator (Accredited Adjudicator) and Mediator (Accredited Mediator) of construction, insurance and commercial disputes.

    Dermot Durack

    Dermot Durack is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors with 30 years’ experience in the Construction Industry in addition to being qualified as a Barrister at Law. Dermot is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has acted as an Expert Witness, Arbitrator, Adjudicator, Mediator, Conciliator and Standing Conciliator in Construction related Disputes. Over his 30 years in the Construction Industry Dermot has worked with Contractors, Clients and Sub-contractors and has Irish and International Experiences of Pharmaceutical, Food, Medical Technology, Data Centers, High Tech, Education, Residential and Commercial Projects. Dermot is currently the Honorary Secretary of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Irish Branch.
