  • Join us on the 23rd November for a hybrid CPD on Dublin Port and its importance to the Irish Port sector. This CPD will outline the progress Dublin Port has made on its masterplan developments, including the future development its MP2 and 3FM projects. Attendees will also hear about our Dublin Inland Port and our Port City integration work.

    Cormac Kennedy is a Chartered Surveyor and has worked in the Dublin Port Company for over 5 years, having joined from Eason and Son where he was responsible for property, store development and their franchise business. Prior to that he worked with CBRE, for 12 years as their Head of Retail agency.

    He is a member of the Dublin Port executive team with a commercial mandate in managing it’s 300ha property estate and the commercial relationships with Dublin Port shipping and terminal partners. With the Port continuing to develop he is also responsible for the delivery of several Dublin Port projects including the Dublin Inland Port, the Terminal 4 and 5 redevelopment and is one of the 2 project sponsors responsible for the delivery of the 3FM project, Dublin Ports 3rd and final masterplan.
