  • So many of us spend the time in our business fulfilling client needs or worrying about what isn’t happening. In our session together we will talk about looking at your business with fresh eyes and reviewing where you are at, what you want to achieve and how you can achieve it. Goals are at the centre of this process. When we focus on our goals we prioritise our actions and get better, more consistent results – and that is whether it is for client work, social media, marketing or financial management.

    • Do you set goals?
    • Do you work on your business?
    • Do you think about what you can’t do vs. what you can do?
    • Are you avoiding something that would have a positive effect on your business?

In this session we will explore the power of goals and what setting goals can do for your business and for your quality of life overall.

    Speaker bio:

Gemma O’Halloran has been organising and getting things done all her life including working professionally in events and project management for over 15 years.

Gemma is on a mission to bust the myths that long hours, being ‘busy’, having no life – while enduring bad health, mediocre results and financial insecurity – are what entrepreneurs have to settle for. She supports solopreneurs and microenterprises to build, grow and scale their business by using strategy and goals to get their desired results.

Through working in an international company, in a global events agency and running her own business for 6 years, Gemma has learned what gets results and what doesn’t. Her background in science and critical thinking gives her a unique perspective on designing and executing a business goal programme. This is complimented by the eclectic and demanding experience of working on thousands of events for 5 to 500,000 people over the course of her career.

Gemma has developed a robust method of getting things done, in a strategic, results-focused way. In 2020, GOH Consulting was established after her initial business, Freestyle Events, was compromised by Covid-19. Her programmes include GoalMaster, an essential goal and time mindset training, and the FastTrack Club, a weekly business expansion and accountability mastermind.

In 2020, Gemma was a finalist in the Network Wicklow Business Woman of the Year Awards in Business Innovation for her resilience and proactive pivot to online business. Through her various programmes she actively works with dozens of entrepreneurs to help them get clarity, to improve their business performance and to secure their quality of life
