With the ongoing change towards a more digital world, especially within the Construction Industry. HSE Capital & Estates’ are undertaking an ambitious project to implement an Integrated Workplace Management System. This “National Estates Information System” will streamline and standardise the management of information and it is a significant enabler for BIM in this public sector organisation. This presentation will outline the overall project and also provide detail on how this will impact design teams and contractors delivering healthcare projects in Ireland.

Lead in development of Construction Management Platform for NEIS.
BSc (Hons) in Digital Construction, Accredited Aconex Professional
30+ Years’ Experience in the Construction management, with 20+ Years’ Experience in Health related Construction.
Drive for digital transformation & innovation including standardisation and collaborative approach.

Anna Boch, Estates Manager (Business Change)
National Estates Information System (NEIS), Capital & Estates Department HSE.
Responsible for Change Management, Benefits Realisation, Communications & Training for NEIS.
BE (Civil), MSc Leadership, 20+ Years’ Experience in the Construction Project Management, with 15+ Years’ Experience in Capital & Estates Department HSE.
