    Charles Mitchell FSCSI FRICS, Construction Technical Advisor, OGP

    Charles is a quantity surveyor within excess of 20 years’ experience in the construction sector. Formally a member of academic staff in TUD (formally DIT). Charles is one of the government representatives to the ARM committee and is the SCSI Standard Setting Committee representative in the ICMS Coalition. Currently Charles is the Quantity Surveyor for the Construction Policy Unit of the Office of Government Procurement.

    Conor Hogan FSCSI FRICS, Quantity Surveyor at Joseph C. Hogan & Sons

    Conor is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors(SCSI) and RICS. He is qualified as a Barrister, He is a past President of the SCS before its merger to form the SCSI. He is a Director of Joseph C. Hogan and Son Chartered Quantity Surveyors. He was a Irish Representative to CEEC for many years.
