Chair – Eloise Heron (SCSI)
Eloise is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with 30 years of experience in both commercial and residential property valuation in Ireland and the UK. She holds a Masters in Sustainable Development (TU Dublin). She works for Tailte Eireann as a valuer/rent review specialist, is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Registered Valuer (RICS) and is the past Chair of the Sustainability Working Group Committee in the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.

Steven Sherlock | Associate Director and Building Surveying Team Lead at KRA
Steven Sherlock is an RICS & SCSI Chartered Building Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 30 years of experience working with buildings in the Southwest of England. He is also an affiliate member of the IHBC. In this time, he has accumulated a wealth of detailed knowledge about the cause of defects and how to remedy them using both modern and traditional building techniques. Steven specialises in Historic and Listed Buildings and provides comprehensive restoration services, including identification of defects through the surveying process, budget costings and cost control, design and specification of works, tendering and contract administration during the construction phase.Topic: Planning Permissions and Old Building Renovations
David Humphreys (Building Surveyor) | Director at ACP Group
Bio: David is the group director of ACP Group an international award-winning multidisciplinary Built Heritage Consultancy with extensive experience in the conservation and management of ancient structures and buildings in Ireland, England, Newfoundland, and Asia. ACP has worked on over 900 projects since they were established in 2000 for private clients, charitable organizations, government departments and public authorities. David has over 30 years of experience in building conservation. He spent 8 years working as a Senior Professional Officer with English Heritage. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor (Accredited in Building Conservation), Chartered Building Engineer, and Chartered Project Manager. Niall Curley (Property Manager) | Head of Property Management at BDM Property
Niall is a Chartered Surveyor and works for BDM Property. He has over 20 years of working in commercial property management. Niall has been involved in implementing sustainable practices in the buildings and shopping centres, as well as assisting in building refurbishments.
