    Roisin Mallon, Director, NI (Bid Services)
    Bid Services’ NI Director, Roisin Mallon, has a wealth of tendering experience worldwide. Roisin specialises in bid management and coaching, in both the commercial and public sectors. Having begun her career with an Indian IT conglomerate, and with fifteen years’ focused experience in the IT space, most recently in hosting, support, and outsourced service desk, Roisin has extensive experience in offshore and nearshore methods, as well as UK and Ireland-centric bidding.

    Over the past number of years, she has worked with small local firms through to large UK firms, enabling them to deliver world-class bids, and ultimately, win more business. Contributing to her varied experience, Roisin has worked on projects in the UK, Ireland, the USA, Holland, France, India, Vietnam, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, and Australia to name a few, bidding into and on behalf of Travelodge, The National Trust, the MoD, Quinetiq, Datum, Etihad Airways, Volkswagen, British Airways, the NHS and HSE, JCB, Rolls Royce, Tata Steel, HSBC, Barclays, Harrods, Met Police, Aer Lingus, Eir, eNet, the CAA, NIE, ESB, Bord Gais, Bord Bia, SSE, TFL, British Rail, Irish Rail and Translink as a snapshot, as well as the majority of local Councils across the Island of Ireland.

    Roisin leads Bid Services’ tender advisory side of the business. She has advised almost four hundred suppliers since she joined the company in 2015. She has an excellent track record of getting suppliers pre-qualified and in winning tenders. Roisin is an accredited member of the Association of Proposal Management professionals (APMP), and has been involved in the UK Board for some years, as well as being a registered mentor for others working towards accreditation. She is the only person in Northern Ireland, and one of 55 worldwide, to be accredited to Professional Level by the APMP. She is also chair of the Ireland chapter of the APMP, and an approved APMP trainer and examiner. She was named in the APMP Global 40 under 40 in recognition of her contribution to the industry.
