  • The Real cost of Renovation report looks at vacant and derelict properties for residential use. This cpd will be chaired by Edward McAuley, SCSI and presented by Nick Taafe, principal consultant with Arcadis and Brigid Browne from Fortress Planning along with Gerard O’ Toole, from Tuohy O’ Toole will also join the discussion.

    The report examines the commercial viability of, and provides cost data on renovating vacant properties for residential use.  The report highlights the inclusion of real cost data in the public forum and will shed light on the scope of the undertaking to renovate a vacant property for residential re-use.
