Patrick (Paddy) Darmody, FSCSI FRICS Professional Assurance Surveyor, RICS Valuer Registration Scheme
Prior to taking up this post, Paddy worked in general practice at a senior level in a provincial practice for 40 years, more latterly concentrating on agency of commercial property, agricultural and development land, and professional services, including valuations. Paddy has regularly acted as Arbitrator in commercial rent reviews both on the appointment of the President of SCSI, and by agreement between the parties to the dispute.
Kevin Brady, MSCSI MRICS
Kevin is Chair of the Quantity Surveying Professional Group and is a Director in APNA Quantity Surveyors, a Private Quantity Surveying Practice. Kevin has attained a wide range of experience in construction cost control and property, with particular expertise in cost management and analysis, restoration & refurbishment works, fit-out and process auditing services and Public Procurement. Kevin is involved with a number of Professional Groups within the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) including Quantity Surveying, House Building/Rebuilding, Tender & Construction Indices and Procurement.
