  • Join us for this 1 hour CPD where Emer Morrissey, Head of Dispute Resolution at the RTB will provide SCSI Members with an update on the recent changes to the rental legislation. We will then be joined by a panel of SCSI Members for a live Q&A session.

    Enda McGuane BBS, MBS, FSCSI,FRICS – Enda is a former army officer and highly experienced senior manager and property professional with over 25 years’ experience in both the private and public sectors. He is a dual status Chartered Surveyor practising in the areas of Planning & Development and Property & Facility Management. As well as being RICS registered Red Book valuer he is an external examiner on Technological University Dublin’s Property and FM Studies degree.

    In addition to being MD, Enda is currently Chairman of the West/NW Region Committee of Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and sits on its National Planning and Development Committee is also the Vice-Chair of the Property and Facility Management Committee and a member of the Practice and Policy Committee and Council of SCSI.

    Marguerite Boyle MSCSI MRICS, Sherry Fitzgerald

    Marguerite is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience across commercial valuations, investment sales and acquisitions and new homes agency. Marguerite currently specialises in the sale of new homes and residential investments.

    Shirleen Rigby, MSCSI MRICS, Prime Lettings and Property Management Ltd

    Shirleen Rigby is Senior Property and Asset Manager for Prime Letting and Management, a leading Property Management provider in Cork City. She specialises in Residential Letting and Strategic Asset Management of varied portfolios on behalf of both Private and Institutional Clients. Having begun her career in New Home sales, Shirleen moved into Residential Letting and Management in 2005. Having acquired extensive knowledge of the Residential Letting and Management Sector, she is also well versed in the regulatory and legal parameters of property management and lettings.
