In the first of the Southern Region CPD series, Philip O’Connor Managing Director of CA Partners will discuss capital allowances for property development and purchases.
Valuable savings are available to property investors who purchase or develop commercial property through the capital allowances regime, yet most of these claims are not made at all due to a lack of awareness and specialist expertise. This talk will provide an awareness of the valuable tax incentives that are available for the purchase or construction of commercial property. It will be of interest to members in both construction and property.
Speaker Bio:
Philip O’Connor is Managing Director of CA Partners who are specialist advisers for property tax incentives. He is a dual qualified tax adviser and chartered surveyor with over 15 years’ experience specialising in capital allowances.
He advises on all aspects of property tax incentives including entitlement, valuation and maximising claims.
