Speaker bio:
Suzanne Bainton, Liston & Company Solicitor
Suzanne qualified as a solicitor in 1998. She has worked in Liston & Company as a trainee, associate solicitor and as a partner since 2005. She is a long- standing member of the conveyancing committee and a former chair. Suzanne is regularly involved in CPD to the legal profession on conveyancing topics mainly related to multi-unit developments and is a contributor to the Complex Conveyancing Manual.
