    Now more than before, Environmental, Social, and Governance issues are in the spotlight. Especially as the real estate industry has a huge impact on the planet, it is really important that the industry needs to alter certain practices and incorporate sustainability measures in place to tackle the issue of climate change.

    Lily Ellis, will talk about the role of ESG across the real estate value chain. Making Sustainability a core value of the real estate businesses is a need right now as the world is witnessing the adverse effect of Climate Change evidently.

    Lily Ellis is a Global Alliance Director within CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) leading a global enterprise partnership within the industrial logistics sector. She is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), Chair of the SCSI PMFM Committee, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the CBRE Proud SteerCo and formerly a founding member of the JLL EMEA Women’s Business Network. She is a Chartered Surveyor with 20 years of experience across commercial, retail, mixed-use and residential assets. She has led her teams to win and retain industry-accredited awards year on year including People Development, Client Partnership and ROSPA Awards. Prior to joining CBRE her roles include leading JLL teams on Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, PayPal and Meta.
