The best way to overcome unconscious bias is to first raise awareness and then take action to prevent these biases from influencing our decision making, whether in hiring, performance reviews or the promotions process.

Speaker Bio
Tréasa Fitzgibbon specialises in helping ambitious professionals navigate their career & life paths, and Corporate companies improve diversity.
She does this by helping individuals master and strategically use the skills required for professional success in high pressured corporate environments, using coaching. mentoring and acceleration programs.
For corporate companies Tréasa offers presentations, workshops and training in areas including Unconscious Bias, Improved Promotion Process Training and Mentor Programs. In addition, she acts as an Independent Promotion Committee Facilitator.
Before establishing Tréasa Fitzgibbon Coaching, Treasa worked in Finance in roles across operations, sales & product management, in Dublin, London and New York. She finished her banking career as a Managing Director, in NYC, responsible for a global sales team. She understands the corporate world, and the challenges faced.
