  • Join us online on the 19th July for a CPD on the Construction Contracts Act 2013. When it comes to payment, a popular topic of conversation in the industry is the Construction Contracts Act.  At present, perhaps due to its relative novelty, perhaps for other reasons, there is a lack of understanding in the market of the Act’s impact and a hesitation to utilise the adjudication entitlement it provides.

Quigg Golden’s Claire McCarry will be introducing the general principles of the Act. Topics that would be discussed in this seminar include: The Intention of the Act; Payment; Adjudication; and Suspension of Works.
