Dr Eimear Fallon
Lecturer Real Estate investment and development valuations, TU Dublin
Eimear has lectured at the TU Dublin School of Surveying for almost 20 years. Her main interest is in the development market but also property finance and investment. She has been the Chair of the MSc Real Estate since its inception in 2005. Prior to her work at TU Dublin, Eimear worked in the capital and property markets in Dublin and London.
