7.As special business, the following is proposed as an Ordinary Resolution, namely: “IT BE RESOLVED THAT, the Bye Laws in the form attached hereto and marked ‘X’ for the purposes of identification be and are hereby adopted as the Bye Laws of the Company in substitution for and to the exclusion of the existing Bye Laws of the Company.”

Enda McGuane | Nominee President
Enda is a former army officer and highly experienced senior manager and property professional with over 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. He is currently the Asset Management Lead for the Land Development Agency. He is a dual-status Chartered Surveyor in the areas of Planning & Development and Property & Facility Management as well as an RICS registered Red Book valuer. Enda is currently the Second Vice President and Past Chairman of the West/North West Region Committee. He is also a former Board Member and Chair of the Development Committee of Cooperative Housing Ireland.
Kevin Hollingsworth | Nominee Vice President
Kevin set up Omega Surveying Services in 2013 and is the managing director. He is the SCSI’s Chair of the Membership & Public Affairs Standing Committee and Fellow of the SCSI & RICS. Kevin has represented the SCSI on a number of Government working groups and spokesperson on building standards and fire related issues. He also an assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and past Building Surveying PG Chair.
Gerard O’Toole | Nominee Second Vice President
Gerard has worked in the Irish property industry since 1998 and has been a Director of Tuohy O’Toole since 2007. He is a Fellow of the SCSI & RICS and sits on both the Planning and Development Committee and the Northwest Region Committee. Gerard has been involved in a variety of SCSI reports, including the recent Real Cost of Renovation Report. He is an assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and past chair of the Northwest Region. He was first elected as a Valuation Surveying member in 2001.
