PSRA Data Sharing & Licence Number Confirmation – REQUIRED

Please complete this before starting the PSRA CPD for 2025. This pre-module explains the course running, confirming your PSRA Licence Number and data sharing with the PSRA necessary for course.

PSRA Act (PSRA 2025) – REQUIRED COURSE

This CPD provides an update on the Property Services Act including some important updates relating to Professional Indemnity Insurance and forthcoming changes to licensing.

AML PSRA 2025 – REQUIRED COURSE

This CPD defines AML and CFT in the context of the property sector and provides an overview of AML legislation. Key terms are explained and responsibilities of PSP’s are outlined.
