The SCSI are delighted to welcome back Jon Lever, FRICS, of DeLever Ltd, to deliver our online training designed specifically for SCSI APC trainees preparing to undertake their Final Assessment interview in the coming 6 to 12 months. As part of this preparation, the workshop will cover topics such as:
- The components of the 60-minute final assessment interview in detail.
- Understanding the assessor panel.
- How candidates are assessed at each stage of the interview.
- How the assessors make their decision.
- How to structure your final assessment presentation, notes, visual aids, and delivery style.
- How to handle questions from the panel.

Jon Lever, FRICS, APC Expert, RICS UK Assessor Trainer:
Jon Lever FRICS is an RICS UK Licenced Assessor Trainer (16 years), APC Auditor Trainer (16 years), former RICS Training Advisor (19 years) and RICS Governing Council Member (6 years). He has trained over 7,500 chartered members to become APC assessors and few tens of thousands of APC Candidates, Supervisor Counsellors. APC Chair and Assessor (24 Years), over 2,000 APC mock interviews and RICS Final Assessments facilitated.
