  • Join us on the 1st October, in person or online for a CPD on Party Wall Structures with Paddy Prendergast and Pat Nestor.

    This practical CPD session will provide an overview of the law and practice relating to party wall structures under the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009.

    The session will examine the statutory framework governing party walls, with particular focus on the rights and obligations of adjoining owners, the interpretation and application of the relevant provisions, and the practical issues that can arise in conveyancing and property transactions.

    Attendees will gain practical guidance on identifying party wall structures, addressing rights and liabilities between adjoining owners, and navigating common issues that arise in practice.
