O’Reilly Chartered Surveyors Ltd., based in Drogheda Co. Louth, have a vacancy for a full time permanent Graduate Building Surveyor. The position would suit a recent graduate Building Surveyor or a surveyor with 1 – 2 years of experience, who is interested on starting their path to becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor. O’Reilly Chartered Surveyors are a firm of Building Surveyors based out of Drogheda, Co. Louth. We carry out a variety of building surveying services throughout Ireland and we are now seeking a surveyor to join our expanding team. Roles and Responsibilities The successful candidate will benefit from exposure to all aspects of Building Surveying including Technical Due Diligence, Residential Building Surveys, Assigned Certifier, Fire Safety Certificates, Disability Access Certificates, Planning Applications, Specification, Project Management and Stock Condition Surveys. The successful candidate will be given full training and supervision and will be positively encouraged in completing the APC process to becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated surveyor to progress their career in the Building Surveying Industry.

The ideal candidate will have:

• BSc. Degree in Building Surveying, or equivalent.
• Technical building and construction knowledge.
• Proficient IT skills including AutoCad, Word & Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence & own car.
