3. Valuations: Conduct regular valuations of work in progress and prepare detailed reports on project costs.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
5. Procurement: Manage the procurement process, including the selection and negotiation of suppliers and subcontractors.
6. Cost Reporting: Prepare and present detailed cost reports, including forecasts and final accounts.
7. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project costs and addressing any concerns.
8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, cost reports, and correspondence

1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with a focus on large-scale construction projects.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
3. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
4. Certifications: Relevant certifications in quantity surveying or construction management are preferred.
5. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes, contract law, and cost management principles.
