• Generating new business and winning instructions
• Residential property valuations and market appraisals
•  Managing vendors and purchasers throughout the sales process
• Negotiating sales and progressing transactions to completion
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the local market
• Working towards agreed sales, revenue and growth targets

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property sales
• A recognised property/auctioneering qualification
• Strong valuation, negotiation and business development skills
• A proven ability to generate instructions and achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong knowledge of the residential property market
• Experience in a similar role.
• PSRA Licence essentials
• Full clean drivers licence required.
