Oaklee is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Development Manager to join the Development & New Business Team.  It is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing team as we explore new opportunities to deliver social and cost rental homes.

Job Title: Senior Development Manager

Reports to: Director of Development & New Business

Place of Work: Dublin City Centre/Hybrid

Duration: Full Time (37 hours per week) Permanent contract subject to 6 months’ probation period

Salary: tbc

• Driving delivery of the Oaklee Development Programme, through identifying and securing new opportunities.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to grow the pipeline.
• Negotiate to bring projects from inception through internal processes and funding to delivery.
• Work with your colleagues in the New Business team to ensure projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
• Actively manage your personal development plan in consultation with your manager.

Candidates will –

• Hold a third level qualification in Real Estate, Property Management or similar discipline.
• Have 6 + years experience within the property sector.
• Strong Analytical and technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to challenge.
• Ability to lead by example and set a positive culture.
• Solid work ethic, inquisitive and eager to learn.
• Confident with a positive outlook.
• Adaptable, flexible and numerate.
• Experience of managing staff.
• Strong working knowledge of full suite of Microsoft apps.
• Problem solving strength.
• Strong planning and organisation skills.
