Role Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing interim and final accounts
• Tracking and documenting project variations
• Analysing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Monitoring project costs and preparing internal reports, including cost trackers and commercial plans, to support financial decision-making
• Conducting site visits and attending project meetings, ensuring alignment between on-site progress and commercial objectives
• Issuing project valuations and payment certificates to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and financial tracking
• Liaising with project teams and purchasing departments, supporting procurement schedules, specification compliance, and material requisitions

• A third level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a construction related degree
• 6+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
