We are expanding our practice and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 5 to 10 years post qualification experience who can join our highly motivated, client focused team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and managing private and public sector projects from inception through to completion, as they will provide a leading role in the delivery of our high quality construction cost consultancy services. They are expected to have experience in the full range of quantity surveying services and be confident in dealing with clients face-to-face.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Strong measurement and take-off skills along with knowledge of building detail and construction technology with relevant I.T. skills will be required, experience in BOQ production using Cubit / Buildsoft or similar is essential.

The candidate should be motivated, able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, possess good inter-personal / communication skills, organisational skills with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines and budgets and have a high level of attention to detail.
