BV Real Estate is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Residential / Commercial Valuer to join our growing team.

The Role

The successful candidate will undertake residential and commercial valuations across a diverse client base, preparing high-quality valuation reports for financial institutions, private clients, legal professionals and other stakeholders.

The position will suit an experienced valuer who combines strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness, excellent client-facing skills and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.

Ideally, candidates will have:

• A relevant property qualification
• IPAV membership with REV/TRV qualification and/or SCSI/RICS membership
• Minimum 3 years Valuation Experience
• Appropriate PSRA licence
• Strong residential and/or commercial valuation experience
• Excellent knowledge of the property market
• Strong report-writing, analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• A full driving licence
