Job Requirements

We’re interested in hearing from motivated property professionals who enjoy working with people, solving problems and tackling a varied workload.

You may already have experience in CPO, infrastructure or land acquisition, or you may come from a broader general practice surveying background and be keen to develop a new specialism.

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • A relevant surveying qualification, ideally with chartered status or working towards it, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Previous experience in a surveying or property-related role; direct CPO experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A full, valid driving licence and the ability to travel to sites and meetings as required.

We’re particularly interested in people who are curious, proactive, willing to learn and comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
