Welcome to the Commercial Price Register Dashboard, your gateway to comprehensive insights into commercial transaction and prices in Ireland. This dashboard offers an intuitive interface equipped with powerful filters, allowing you to delve deep into specific data subsets with ease. Whether you’re analysing trends over time, comparing property types across counties, or gaining an overview of the market, this dashboard provides the tools you need for informed decision-making. The following is an outline about the dashboard which might be helpful when you explore the dashboard.  

Filters: 

• Utilise filters located in the orange-coloured box at the top of the dashboard to focus on specific data subsets. 

• Click on filter dropdowns to expand and select available options. 

• Selected options will update visuals accordingly. Multiple selections per filter are possible. 

Navigating Canvases: 

• Each section of the dashboard is a canvas. 

• Interact with filters to impact data across all canvases. 

• Navigate canvases using right and left arrows at the bottom or through options in the bottom left corner in full-screen mode. 

Full-Screen Mode: 

• Click the full-screen button in the bottom right corner to expand the dashboard for better focus on data. 

Overview Canvas: 

• Presents an overview of dashboard data, including total commercial property transaction data, number of properties, and table with all the property details. 

Asset Types vs County Canvas: 

• Compares asset types against counties to visualize price variations across different property types (e.g., office, retail) in various Irish counties in the province.  

Time Trends Canvas: 

• Provides insights on time trends, illustrating changes in commercial property sale or lease prices over time.
