  • Join us on the 30th June for a CPD on the new BER Simplified Scale.

    This CPD will cover the simplified Building Energy Rating scale for both domestic and non-domestic properties such as businesses, schools and public buildings has been in effect since the 24 May 2026. This update aligns Ireland’s building energy performance standards with those used across the EU, improving comparability and making BER information clearer and more accessible for homeowners, building owners and tenants. The changes are introduced under new regulations implementing the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
