  • This landmark report provides the first evidence-based baseline of workplace culture across the property, construction and land professions, moving the conversation beyond anecdote to a shared, credible dataset.

    “A healthy, inclusive and respectful workplace culture is not a ‘soft’ issue, but a critical driver of professional standards, performance, safety, talent retention and long‑term sustainability.”

    The event will:

    • Launch the SCSI Workplace Culture Benchmark Report
    • Explore the key themes emerging from the data, including leadership, workforce experience and culture related‑ risk
    • Provide an opportunity for shared reflection and discussion with peers
    • SCSI’s Commitment: How SCSI will continue to promote ongoing dialogue about workplace culture to drive positive change.

    We would be delighted if you could join us on Thursday 23rd April for this important in-person launch.  The report will be launched by High Court Judge, Marguerite Bolger, who has renowned expertise in employment, equality law and workplace relations. Breakfast will be available on arrival at 8:30am.
