  • Join us on 29th April for a CPD on From Part V to Part 7: legislative changes under the Planning and Development Act 2024. A one-hour workshop delivered by the Housing Agency about the upcoming changes to Part V which will become Part 7 of the Planning and Development Act 2024. The workshop will also address some common Part V queries and discuss working with local authorities to reach agreement.

    Catriona Lawlor is an Administrative Officer heading up the Housing Agency’s Part V team. Since joining the Housing Agency in 2017, Catriona has worked across a variety of areas including social housing policy, the Croí Cónaithe Cities scheme and affordable purchase housing. The Part V team provides information and resources for both the private sector and public sectors on Part V via our website as well as quarterly training for local authority staff.
