As a Land Manager at LP3, you will play a crucial role in securing land agreements for renewable energy projects. From the initial engagement with landowners to the completion of legal agreements, you will manage multiple landowner contracts, ensuring projects move forward smoothly. You will balance the unique challenges of working with landowners while ensuring the technical and project requirements are met for successful delivery. Please note, this role is based in Ireland with frequent travel throughout Ireland required.

• Manage the end-to-end process of securing land agreements for renewable energy projects.
• Engage with landowners, negotiate agreements, and facilitate legal processes.
• Ensure land requirements align with project needs while maintaining positive landowner relationships.
• Address challenges that arise related to land use and ownership, ensuring continuous project progress.
• Act as the key liaison between landowners, legal teams, and project stakeholders.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the renewable energy, land, agricultural, or property sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree (Level 8 or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of landowner concerns and experience in resolving typical issues.
• Proven commercial negotiation skills, with experience working with legal professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using maps; experience with GIS is a bonus.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 75% travel required).
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office proficiency.
• PRSA Licence Qualified.
