• Assisting the Quantity Surveying team to manage subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants along with day-to-day QS duties.
• Assisting the Quantity Surveying team in the preparation of monthly internal valuations and monthly cost reports.
• Reporting on budgets and variations.
• Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details.
• Tasks will be allocated to reflect increasing levels of development and experience.

The Candidate: Required Experience and Competencies:

• Full clean driver’s license desirable but not essential
• Confident, motivated and can work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
• Time management abilities to meet targets within GMC and the study/assessment requirements of ATU.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
• Maths, numerical and data analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good computer skills

• 6 Subjects at O6/H7
• 2 Subjects at H5
• English or Irish at O6/H7
• Maths at O6/H7
