Job Responsibilities

  • Manage project cost control from tender through to completion.
  • Prepare, analyse, and negotiate tenders, quotations, and contracts.
  • Conduct accurate take-offs and bills of quantities.
  • Provide regular cash flow for ecasts and cost reports.
  • Track and report project progress against budgets.
  • Assess subcontractor accounts, valuations, and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, legislation, and company standards.
  • Support project managers with financial planning and commercial advice.
  • Contribute to value engineering and efficiency improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ (post qualification) practical experience.
  • Ideally in construction, landscaping, or high-end residential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Detail-driven with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
