This role involves a project quantity surveyor position on the team. Responsibilities will include production of bill of quantities, initial cost estimates, liaising with the Client and other team disciplines, representing the company at meetings, identifying and developing value engineering opportunities and cost option studies, providing cost plan updates as the design progresses. Preparing tender documentation, monthly cost reports and post contract duties through to final account.

• Solid knowledge and experience producing bills of quantities.
• A clear work history and proof of professional development and learning.
• MEP quantity surveying experience would be an advantage.
• Prior line-management experience of more junior personnel.
