What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the letting, sale and acquisition of industrial and logistics buildings and lands across Dublin and beyond.
• Carrying out site inspections, viewings and client meetings.
• Preparing market appraisals, particulars, pitches and research reports.
• Assisting with lease negotiations, rent reviews and renewals.
• Building and maintaining relationships with occupiers, developers, investors and fellow agents.
• Managing your own instructions while supporting senior team members on larger, more complex deals.
• Keeping a genuine finger on the pulse of the industrial and logistics market — trends, comparables, and who’s doing what.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• Level 8 degree in Real Estate, Property, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years’ post-graduate experience in commercial property (industrial/logistics experience is a strong plus, but not essential — attitude matters more).
• PSRA Licence (A, B, C).
• Full, clean driver’s licence.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.

Also Handy to Have:

• SCSI/RICS qualified, or working towards it.
• A genuine interest in the industrial and logistics sector.
• Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
• The ability to manage your own workload and use your initiative.
• Good written word, strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) & attention to detail.
