This is a key role within our valuation department, coordinating valuation instructions and ensuring reports are processed accurately and efficiently within strict deadlines.

Understanding Our Clients 

Mortgage valuations are often the final requirement before purchasers can secure their new home. Probate valuations are requested by families dealing with bereavement.

Fair Deal valuations are often required when relatives are moving into nursing home care.

The successful candidate will deal with clients professionally, sensitively and with empathy.

Skills & Experience 

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Experience preparing presentations in PowerPoint
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous property, valuation or banking experience would be advantageous
