This is the 3rd edition of the Service Charges in Commercial Property Code, which recognises that occupiers have a right of challenge.
For all service charge periods commencing from 1 April 2020 the SCSI Commercial Service Charge Code now supersedes this document, ‘Service charges in commercial property, 3rd edition’.
