Join us on 21st April for a CPD on Evidence and Privilege in Dispute Forums. At this CPD, without prejudice privilege and legal professional privilege as they apply to communications in disputes will be examined. This webinar aims to inform attendees of current case law and how privilege can impact on evidence in civil litigation and ADR forums and give best practice guidance.
Speaker
Michael advises clients on all aspects of litigation and commercial disputes, with a particular focus on construction, public procurement and health and safety matters. He has vast experience of judicial review proceedings challenging high value public procurement decisions issued by state authorities. He also advises clients on non-contentious construction law and health and safety matters.
He has extensive experience in all standard form construction contracts used in Ireland and has advised public authorities, developers, employers and contractors on major infrastructure projects, residential, healthcare, energy and PPP projects. Michael works both from our Dublin office and our newly established Cork office, collaborating closely with the Cork team as we grow Philip Lee LLP’s presence in the southern region.
