Speakers
Michel Karling:
Michael is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with specialisation in sustainable engineering solutions for the built environment. Michael is team lead for NDY Ireland and has been providing MEP and sustainability consultancy on several prestigious Office and Heritage Building projects in Dublin.
Zoe Neill:
Zoe leads NDY’s London sustainability team, demonstrating a deep passion and understanding of how places, buildings and fitouts are designed and then operated. Her expertise in advising clients on optimal solutions for financial and environmental goals is well-regarded both in London and in Australia, having relocated earlier this year from Sydney. Zoe’s involvement in industry events, including panel discussions and environmental conferences, highlights her commitment to sharing knowledge on the latest sustainability trends and technologies.
Connie Sharp:
Connie is a Sustainability Consultant at NDY with a degree in Architectural Environment Engineering from the University of Nottingham. She specializes in energy modelling for new and existing buildings, with a further focus on daylight and thermal comfort modelling to enhance user experience and create holistically sustainable spaces. Connie collaborates with stakeholders to optimize energy performance, drive decarbonisation, and carry out NABERS UK assessments to benchmark and futureproof buildings for lasting sustainability and resilience.
