John will look at how the governments upcoming auto-enrolment pension strategy  is likely to impact employers and how they will have to provide for their staffs pension savings in the future. Omega Financial Management has been specialising in providing financial services to professional bodies and their members since inception in 2001.  John O’Connor is the founder and managing director of the company.
