Join us on the 1st October for a hybrid CPD on the impact AI is having on the commercial sector. This CPD will aim to look at the impact of AI from the point of view of the commercial agent, construction surveyor and legal aspect within a panel discussion.
Chair
Bernadine Hogan heads up the retail department for CBRE Ireland and is a Executive Director with the firm. She specialises in all aspects of retail agency, high street, shopping centre, retail parks, retail development, land, investment and asset management. Bernadine has over 20 years experience in Real Estate, having previously worked in the UK. She has excellent grounding with a significant tenant and owner contact base. She brings diversity and pro-activeness to every instruction, drawing property transactions to a quick conclusion. Some of Bernadine’s most notable and prestigious projects include the advisory and transaction role in leasing of various quality branded retail units in Dundrum Town Centre, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Jervis Shopping Centre, Marshes Shopping Centre, Westend Retail Park, Nutgrove Retail Park, Letterkenny Retail Park, Deerpark Killarney,The Park Carrickmines and Harbour Place Shopping Centre, Mullingar (to name a few). Most recently she has been heavily involved in the acquisition of the loan book of Project Jewel (Dundrum Town Centre, Pavillions Shopping Centre and Ilac Shopping Centre etc.) on behalf of Hammerson/Allianz. She has also been involved in the acquisition of Whitewater Shopping Centre on behalf of Deka and Project Harvest ( Dungarvan, Thurles, Harbour Place, Johnstown Navan) on behalf of Avenue Capital and Davy. She’s has worked and continues to work on placemaking initiatives and mixed use schemes such as Capital Dock (Kennedy Wilson), Dublin Landings(Ballymore), Boland’s Mill (Google), No.1 Dawson Street (Henderson Park).

- Hines on its financing of Central Plaza to Cheyne Capital
- Advising French SCPIs on the acquisition of various Irish investments
- Advising Tesco Ireland Limited on its store expansion across Ireland
- Sky Castle Limited on the disposal of a development site at Moygaddy to Glenveagh Properties.
- Advising a new market entrant on a preferred equity investment in a mixed-use scheme in Dublin.
