Join us online one the 25th April for the final CPD in our Leadership series! This session will discuss how to create a ‘time to think’ culture within an organisation.
The final session focuses on embedding a ‘thinking culture’ within organisations. It will provide practical strategies to ensure employees have the necessary time and space for creative and strategic thinking.

Natasha Hughes is a seasoned professional celebrated for her contributions to financial services, executive coaching, and community leadership. Her illustrious career began at the Bank of New York Mellon, where she quickly advanced from a graduate entry role to senior leadership positions within the Transfer Agency and Trustee & Depositary departments. As Co-Site Head of the BNY Mellon Wexford office between 2015 and 2020, Natasha played a pivotal role in expanding the staff and enhancing both employee and community engagement. She also led the BNY Mellon’s Ireland Trust & Depositary Compliance oversight team and contributed to the EMEA T&D Talent Management and Governance team, earning recognition for her dedication to fostering a culture of collaboration, equity, diversity, and inclusion through numerous global awards.
After a rewarding 20-year stint at BNY Mellon, Natasha launched Natasha Hughes Coaching & Consultancy in 2022, focusing on Executive Coaching with an emphasis on Emotional Intelligence and Sustainable Leadership. She has facilitated Emotional Intelligence workshops for various groups, ranging from youth and educators to retailers and emerging leaders. Natasha’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Studies and HR from WIT, a Professional Certificate in Operational Risk, Conduct Risk & Culture from the Institute of Bankers, and a Postgraduate qualification in Executive Coaching from IMI. Currently, she is pursuing a Masters of Business in Executive Leadership with SETU and holds accreditations as a trainer in Emotional Capital Reporting (ECR) and LIFT. Her leadership was instrumental in founding the Ireland South East Financial Service Cluster and she served on the committee of the Network Ireland Wexford chapter in its first year.
Outside of her professional life, Natasha is deeply involved in her community, serving as the President of the Rotary Club of Wexford for 2023/2024. She enjoys running, Gaelic football, and cherishes time spent with her family and three daughters, embodying a blend of professional excellence and personal commitment.
