    Speaker

    Paul’s background is a Chartered Surveyor and began his career in the mining industry in the late 1990s before transitioning into the energy sector. In 2002, he joined ESB where he has held several positions, including roles in engineering, project development and project delivery including six years developing onshore wind in Scotland.

    Currently, Paul is responsible for Renewable Mergers & Acquisitions in ESB across multiple technologies. In his previous role, he was responsible for Onshore Wind Development in Ireland and managed a development partnership developing a portfolio of over 2GW of onshore wind projects across the UK contributing to ESB’s commitment to deliver Net Zero.
