  • Join us on 6th November for an in-person seminar on ‘Mind the Gap – leveraging the strengths of the multigenerational workforce’. This will be an in-person only event with tea/coffee and light refreshments on arrival from 12noon before the seminar begins at 1pm sharp.

    Speaker 

    Mary Collins is a Chartered Psychologist (BPS), Author and Senior Practitioner Coach (EMCC) who has been working in the Leadership Development/Talent Management field for over 20 years. Her current role as Senior Executive Development Specialist with RCSI Centre for Positive Health Sciences involves working with senior leaders in the healthcare sector to develop their management, coaching and leadership capabilities through a range of executive development and academic programmes up to PhD level. Mary also leads a successful business psychology practice working in a range of sectors in the area of talent & leadership development. Prior to joining RCSI, Mary was Head of Talent and Learning for Deloitte Ireland for 7 years. Mary is an Accredited Senior Professional Executive Coach and Coach Assessor with the European Coaching & Mentoring Council (EMCC) and became an Accredited Coach Supervisor in 2023 (ICCS). Mary is the current Co-chair of Coaching Psychology Division of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and a council member of the Irish Institute of Training & Development.
