This PQSL will provide attendees with understanding financial statements- How to interpret Income statements, Balance Sheets, Cash flows. Controls and procedures – Understanding the importance of Audits, Reconciliations and internal controls. Using Financial Information Effectively – Ask the right questions. Collaborate with Finance teams.

    Siobhan Swaysland is an ACCA qualified accountant with 12 years’ experience in accountancy with 7 years specialising in Real Estate accountancy. She is an Associate Director in CBRE for the past 7 years with Experience across SPV and Service charge reporting while specialising in Financial reporting alongside portfolio management.
