    Joël Scherrenberg, based in the Netherlands has been active for more than 30 years as a (RICS registered) Valuer. Over time Joel has specialised in valuation of Public Real estate. Joel is also the deputy Chair of the European World Regional Board of RICS. Joel has written and contributed to many publications about the valuation of Real estate like the latest Red Book and ESG and Valuation, while also delivering a wide range of lectures for young professionals in Real estate.
